Our business

Since its creation in 1974, AJINOMOTO EUROLYSINE S.A.S. has asserted itself as the leading European operator in the field of producing and selling feed-use amino acids. Our products, L-Lysine, L-Threonine, L-Tryptophan and L-Valine are obtained by fermentation processes.
AJINOMOTO EUROLYSINE S.A.S. is a subsidiary of the Japanese company AJINOMOTO ANIMAL NUTRITION GROUP, Inc.; wholly-owned by AJINOMOTO CO. which is a major company in the food industry and the world leading producer of amino acids by fermentation.
Our mission
We believe we have a key role to play in the production and development of the use of amino acids in feeds.
By implementing leading technologies and production capacities, AJINOMOTO EUROLYSINE S.A.S. contributes towards satisfying the increasing demand for amino acids in Europe and around the world. Through our ongoing investment in improving knowledge on animal nutrition, we provide our customers, feed manufacturers and all the actors in the sector with cutting edge technical information which enables them to optimize and develop their feed formulas with the use of amino acids.
In the future, we will therefore continue to demonstrate that amino acids make a significant contribution towards improving technico-economic results in Animal Productions, whilst minimizing the impact on the environment and making better use of the planet’s limited food resources.
